Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and bdtjl ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). To register and maintain an account with bdtjl, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. bdtjl reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these requirements.

Accounts found to be registered by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds held in the account will be forfeited.
• One Account Per Person
  Each individual may register only one account with bdtjl. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or on behalf of another person — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, bdtjl reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any associated bets, and retain all associated funds.
• Accurate Registration Information
  You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Account Security Responsibility
  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account while you are logged in — or while someone else is logged in using your credentials — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact bdtjl support immediately at [email protected].

Bonuses, Welcome Offers and Promotional Terms

bdtjl offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotions to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

• Welcome Bonus Eligibility
  The welcome bonus is available to new players who register a bdtjl account for the first time and make a qualifying first deposit. The welcome bonus is limited to one claim per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Players who have previously held a bdtjl account are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• Wagering Requirements
  All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover condition) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiple applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the relevant bonus. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse
  bdtjl reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: exploiting software errors or loopholes; systematic betting patterns designed to circumvent rollover requirements; coordinated play between multiple accounts to extract bonus value; and any other conduct that bdtjl determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute abuse of a promotional offer.
• Promotion Changes and Withdrawal
  bdtjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes to the terms of an active promotion will be communicated via the bdtjl website. Players who have already claimed a promotion prior to any changes will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of the claim.

Responsible Gaming and Limitation of Liability

• Self-Exclusion

During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. bdtjl will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.
• Deposit Limits
  Players may request daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a deposit limit is set, it will take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit will be subject to a minimum 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. Requests to decrease a deposit limit will take effect immediately.
• Limitation of Liability
  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtjl excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. bdtjl does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability from time to time.
